About
I am a seven-teen year old, A-level student with a keen interest and a passion for politics, history and the online world. I decided to actively engage in journalism last year, by writing short blogs for myself and sending to friends, One year on, I am one of the three editors of my College newspaper and i write for ShoutOutUK - a media organisation based for teenagers to get their voice across. This website has been set up to allow myself, to showcase my own work and the work of some of my friends and to promote myself for freelance journalism alongside my future career-aspirations.
My debut article was back in November 2019 for ShoutOutUK and was headed 'Britain - A fake democracy?', since then i have become co-editor of the college newspaper and has settled in well, coming up with fresh ideas and new issues alongside the other two editors and friends.
I am centre-left leaning, politically and i often write about social justice and equality alongside my interest in some aspects of world history and a vivid interest in the supernatural and folklore, that i find fascinating and want to write more about.
This is just the start and more articles are to follow in the near future, thank you!
